One of the main reasons that ebooks are becoming so popular, is because the entire purpose for Internet use is the ability to easily access information.Now, if this is the case, one of the hottest topics would be non- fiction "how-to" ebooks. The possibilities for a "how-to" ebook are endless. If there is a subject to be taught, there is a person who needs to learn.

Think about what type of skill(s) that you may be able to pass on to someone else. This can be from how to ride a motorcyle to how to knit a sock. Think about your different experiences. What can you pass on to someone else, that they may learn from. Do you know special recipes, that everyone is always asking you for. Are you good at organizing? Do you know a quicker way of doing something? Write down some of your interests, and really do some research on the Internet. This way you can see how much of this information is being offered. Is it readily available for free? You may have a better way you can deliver the same information.

Simply just write down what you know and teach others how to do the same thing.

Think about it this way. If you decided to build your own deck, and you do not know the first thing about building. How about special recipes you will want to make. Chances are that you will go out and buy a "how-to" book. Just look around any bookstore, and notice the amount of "how-to" books.

Your main goal should be to choose a topic to cover that you believe people will pay for. Remember that everyone has a unique mind and a knowledge to something, and there is always someone else willing to gain the same knowledge.

It may help to write these questions down and then answer them for yourself.

What audience will this eBook be intended for?
What do I have a great deal of knowledge for?
What problem will my eBook solve?
Will my readers benefit from reading this eBook?
